These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the gvaji platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account services, and promotional offers available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gvaji ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the gvaji website at gvaji.net, or using any service made available through the gvaji platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, table games, and promotional offers — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines published on the gvaji platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and individual game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the supplementary document.
gvaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the gvaji platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. You must satisfy all of the following requirements to create and maintain an active account:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. gvaji strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
- Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
- Location: You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your personal responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
- Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by gvaji or by any external responsible gaming body, at the time of account creation or during the period of account use.

Age Verification Procedure
gvaji implements a mandatory age verification procedure at the point of registration. Additionally, gvaji may require proof of address in the form of a utility bill or bank statement dated within the preceding 90 days.
Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, gvaji reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including placing limits on withdrawal requests. Any player found to have misrepresented their age during the registration process will have their account permanently closed. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source where technically and legally permissible.
Parental Controls
gvaji strongly recommends that parents and guardians of minors install appropriate parental control software on devices that may be used by individuals under the age of 18 to prevent accidental or deliberate access to online gambling content. 3 Account Registration and Management

Accuracy of Information

You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as your activity and subject to these Terms.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the gvaji support team immediately at [email protected]. gvaji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or failed to report suspicious activity promptly.
Account Updates
You are responsible for keeping your registered account information up to date. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your account settings promptly. gvaji may periodically request updated documentation to ensure the accuracy of records on file.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. gvaji reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to accounts that have remained inactive for 12 or more consecutive months. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. To reactivate an account, simply log in and contact the support team if any restriction has been applied.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the gvaji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gvaji does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any attempt to deposit in a currency other than BDT will be rejected or converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the sole discretion of gvaji, with any resulting exchange costs borne by the player.

gvaji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
Anti-Money Laundering
gvaji operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. 6 Betting and Gaming Rules

- All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. gvaji will not accept cancellation requests for bets placed and confirmed on sports events or casino games except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game rules or in the event of a manifest error.

7 Prohibited Conduct

- Money Laundering: Using the gvaji platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine intent to engage in recreational gambling, for the purpose of obscuring the origin of funds.
- Exploiting Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting any error, bug, or unintended feature in the platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
- Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward gvaji support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
Voluntary Account Closure
Any player who wishes to close their gvaji account may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Requests for account closure will be processed within 24 hours. Prior to closure, any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your designated payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification procedure. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Closure via Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or permanently. Involuntary Suspension by gvaji
gvaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to satisfactorily complete age or identity verification
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
- Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same player
- Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a financial institution
- Court order or instruction from a law enforcement authority
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, gvaji will communicate the reason for suspension to the player by email within 72 hours, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation. If the investigation results in permanent closure, any funds held in the account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances of the case.
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether voluntary or involuntary — your right to access the gvaji platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to the Prohibited Conduct section, the Dispute Resolution process, and the Limitation of Liability) shall continue to apply after closure.
You can self-exclude your gvaji account for any duration — from 24 hours to permanent. The process takes under two minutes from your account settings and takes effect immediately. No questions asked.
Additional Legal Provisions
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gvaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from game interruptions, payment processing delays, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform. gvaji's total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you during that month.
Intellectual Property
All content on the gvaji platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of gvaji or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any gvaji content without prior written permission.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason
